We will watch Modern Times first, then move on to our last (and my favorite) text, The Catcher in the Rye!
Have this book by Thursday 5/6. If you are f2f, I do have copies of the book you may borrow in my classroom.
You may think this is a simplistic book at first read, but remember, in American Lit, everything is symbolic!
Salinger studied the writings of Hemingway, so ICEBERG read this book!
I look forward to see if you "get it" in your ctls responses....
